Is Load2Fit free to use?
Registration is free for everyone. Shippers pay nothing. Carriers pay a $5 platform fee only when their bid is accepted.
How does the $5 platform fee work?
When a shipper accepts a carrier's bid, the carrier receives a notification. After paying the $5 fee via Stripe, both parties receive each other's contact information to arrange the shipment directly.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all payment methods supported by Stripe (credit/debit cards, etc.). There are no additional transaction fees or surcharges.
Is the $5 fee refundable?
No. The platform fee is non-refundable, even if the shipment is unsuccessful for any reason.
What is Load2Fit responsible for?
Load2Fit connects shippers and carriers directly. We are not responsible for the contract details, cargo, or transportation obligations between the parties.
